On September 5th I’m starting my 100 Day Challenge (read my previous post about that). This is a personal challenge and it’s all about setting short term goals that I can accomplish in the next few months to reach my goal of $20,000 in 100 Days. Richelle is challenging herself to make $100,000 in 100 days, but I’m not quite ready for that one yet (lol).
This challenge is all about giving yourself a financial goal to reach over the course of 100 days and sticking to that goal. You don’t have to reach the goal (that’s not the important part). The key here is to focus, push, and motivate yourself to do more than your doing and to be better than you already are. We entrepreneurs love to jump on every new project that comes along, so taking a few months to buckle down and focus on a clear goal can be more valuable to you than that ‘next big idea’ that you are looking for.

This sounds like a fantastic idea. I’ve joined other challenges and not followed through. I honestly don’t know why…lack of motivation, not enough focus I don’t know.
However, I’m a black woman in business and getting mentored, helped or motivated by another black woman in business may help. I’ll be joining this challenge.
