For others, this time of year translates into slow or no sales because many of their clients are too maxed out purchasing holiday decorations, Thanksgiving turkeys and bags of gifts. If you are not prepared for a drastic decline in sales during the holiday season, you may crack under the pressure, experience increased stress, get lost in overdue bills and ultimately carry the burden of keeping your business afloat for an extended period of time. Slow periods can be very difficult for business owners, but they don’t have to be if you know when they are coming and how to work around them.
