Calling All Queens!: Queen Latifah’s CoverGirl Casting Call

Have you every wanted to be a CoverGirl model? Well, now here’s your chance! Queen Latifah is looking for everyday women of color (ages 18–48) to appear in a CoverGirl Queen Collection advertisement for the June issue of Ebony magazine. Due to last year’s overwhelming response, the casting call will take place online so that women of color everywhere can enter. Those wishing to be considered can log-on to Every Woman Is A Queen to submit an entry from January 10 through January 31. All who enter will be required to submit a photo and a statement about why they feel that they too are a “Queen.”

Queen Latifah will judge the online search and will select up to five winners to appear in a CoverGirl Queen Collection ad that will be featured in the June issue of Ebony magazine. The contest is being held in conjunction with the launch of the newest products from the Queen Collection, Vibrant Hue Shine and Vibrant Hue Color.
